RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Gone With a Flash will not accept returns on prints. The reason we cannot do this is because our clients are able to see their photos prior to printing and make the decision themselves to have their images printed.
Items can be accepted as returns ONLY if there is an obvious mistakes on our part that cannot be overlooked. Refunds will NOT be given on these items, but instead, well will credit you the amount of the item + shipping to be used on our site. Shipping on the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
We ask that you call us or e-mail us first and explain the problem before returning an item.
